My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, leaving me in awe every time I looked out. The service had its highs and lows, with some staff being helpful while other interactions weren’t as satisfying. While I enjoyed the private pool and the overall ambiance, I faced issues with unexpected charges and maintenance that could have definitely been better addressed. Overall, it was a beautiful but frustrating experience that I feel needs improvement for better value for money.
My stay at Santhiya Koh Yao Yai Resort & Spa was a mixed bag. The Ocean View Pool Villa was a dream come true with breathtaking views and great privacy. However, the dining options and some service experiences left a lot to be desired. While I loved the beautiful surroundings and pool facilities, the food quality fell short of expectations, making it hard to fully enjoy my experience here.
I had an incredible stay at the resort with high-quality accommodations, delicious food, and exceptional service. The staff, especially Bikash and Rose, really made our experience memorable with their attentiveness and positivity. While the unique location offered breathtaking views, the reliance on truck transportation for getting around the hotel could be a bit frustrating. Overall, though, it was great value for a luxurious stay with beautiful amenities.
I have mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. While the wooden architecture and room are stunning, and the views from the breakfast restaurant are impressive, there were several disappointments.
